Rozelle Apartments

Dilapidation was rampant when we were commissioned to undertake a full internal renovation of this block of eight units.

There were major structural issues, with advanced concrete cancer affecting the original building. General upgrades and design alterations were implemented to create a new modern facility.

Balcony extensions and a portal roof cover were applied to provide added amenity.

The outcome was an outstanding secure and block of ’new’ apartments with some of the best views to Blackwattle Bay and Sydney skyline.
