Applying our best skills in planning and construction, we undertook a full renovation and construction work to renovate what was a dilapidated ‘art deco’ single residence and convert it to a multi-unit residence.

Major infrastructure and structural works were undertaken to ensure that the structure remained stable and complied with all statutory building codes.  The art deco period was maintained by design, with an outcome that delivered contemporary and today’s living style to a statement period of architectural design.
