Ploos Sydney, The Rocks

Inset Group realised Ploos from concept through to completion.

As an adaptive reuse project, the design and fitout integrated contemporary formal language and finishes within the rich heritage sandstone and timber structure.

As a physical embodiment and literal translation of Ploos as “The Voyage”, the play of nautical tones and textures and subtle reference to sailing encapsulates the essence of the Aegean.
